Fifa 16 Fhl Editor

Okay Fidel, I have tried your GP Evo sim version. I am not convinced the locale.ini codes are even working. I've got my own codes, and one game it looks like they're working, the next game it looks like they aren't. With your GP Evo sim version, I have to be honest and say the CPU seems to play the same game as it plays by default.
I don't see any noticeable difference. That's my assessment at this time. Maybe it's a matter of waiting until the game files are unlocked before the game play can be truly modded, IDK. That said, I have been able to make substantive changes to the CPU game play.
Team tactic and player assignment changes work very well this year, so it's a matter of editing each team individually. Big difference afterwards in how the CPU plays. Two major issues that absolutely need to be resolved: shielding is WAY overdone and needs to be toned down (or eliminated altogether, my preference). Also, the moronic CPU psychic ninja spinning and tackle-avoidance from FIFA 12-13 is back in the game. There's a comical YouTube video showing how bad it is: the User is trying to dispossess the CPU, and it stands there on the spot, spinning and shielding and turning in a circle for 10-15 seconds straight, without the User ever being able to strip the ball. It's as if EA coded this in to force you to kick the feet out from under the CPU player, to draw fouls or something stupid like that. Speaking of which, default fouls are way down, EA obviously changed the foul coding and now it's rare that any fouls are called at all.
That's another big problem with the default game play that needs attention. For anyone playing on semi-pro of maybe even pro, FIFA 17 plays a very fair and balanced game with the lower tier teams. All that's needed are a few slider adjustments. But anything above that level, and also when playing with 4 and 5 star teams, the game turns into a ridiculous cheat fest, with the CPU uber-shielding, and ability to turn on a dime and psychically anticipate tackles. I play on semi or pro with lower teams so for me the game is enjoyable, although I would like the ability to make a few global edits to player stats.
The CPU psychic-ninja tackle-avoidance code reminds me of an old Monty Python's joke: 'Train yourself to be a killing machine with the mind-reading martial art of Lapp Gooch. Destroy your enemies before the thought of attacking you has even entered their head!' That's how EA's psychic-ninja tackle-avoidance code works. Press the tackle button and the CPU zips in the opposite direction, even before your player tackle animation has started. There are always some ridiculous coding aspects of FIFA, but that one is one of the worst, right up there with the moronic CPU AI cheat boost coding.
